Garage Conversion ADU

Introducing our “West Hollywood Marvel,” a remarkable transformation of an underused garage into a stunning Mediterranean-inspired ADU, accompanied by a comprehensive backyard makeover. This project, executed by Create Construction, showcases a perfect fusion of function and aesthetics, offering a stylish and functional 400 sqft office space.

The ADU features high vaulted tongue and groove ceilings, custom wood windows, French doors, and skylights that contribute to its Mediterranean charm. The custom cabinetry in the kitchen, entertainment center, and bathroom vanity adds unique character to the space.

To enhance the luxurious feel, thick porcelain tiles are used for the flooring, creating the look of natural stone, while polished subway tiles adorn the bathroom. The arch doorway and smooth white stucco exterior, complemented by a Spanish tile roof, further reinforce the Mediterranean theme.

The project doesn’t stop at the ADU alone. It includes a complete backyard remodel, featuring high block walls, a custom black iron lattice cover, porcelain tile pathways, and custom arch gates made of stained cedar wood. The revitalized backyard becomes an inviting oasis that perfectly complements the sophisticated ADU.
